Premature ejaculation has different causes, for instance, some fear that you are not a real man and your technique is not good enough. According to some survey it happens more often in an extramarital relationship. A man feels guilt before his wife. He tries to finish everything as quickly as possible not to be caught unawares.
The second cause can be the thought that sex is something very bad. Maybe when you were a child you were punished for masturbating. That is why now you understand subconsciously that everything should be finished very quickly.
Another factor of this problem is fear of getting too close. It is some protection from close emotional involvement.
There are several techniques to protect men from premature ejaculation:
The stop-start technique. Looking through first three steps you will understand that they can be done without any help. As for the final four steps, you need the partner.
Step 1. Keep your mind free of fantasies. Masturbate with dry hands. Concentrate on the sensations of your penis. When you feel oncoming danger of premature ejaculation relax for a while then begin again. Try to do such starts and stops every 15 minutes. You shouldn’t upset if you couldn’t stop ejaculation first time. It is almost impossible. Keep trying again. When you have completed three 15-minute sessions on three consecutive occasions, see the step #2 and try to do it.
Step 2. Now following the previous step masturbate with a lubricating jelly to heighten sensation.
Step 3. Masturbate with a dry hand for 15 minutes before ejaculation. Keep focus on your penis but not your fantasies. When you feel losing your control, don’t stop just change the rhythm of your movements. And again try to complete three consecutive sessions as before.
Step 4. Now your partner should take part in this experiment. Let her masturbate your penis with a dry hand. Like in step 1, concentrate on your penis sensations and ask her to stop every minute when you feel losing control. The aim of this exercise is to last for three consecutive 15-minute sessions.
Step 5. Now your partner should use a lubricant. But she should stop more often than in previous step.
Step 6. Now your partner is on top. She should move gently. Try to stop her if you begin to lose control. Don’t worry too much if you can’t. Try again and the second time you will probably have more control. Concentrate only on yourself.
Step 7. Change sex positions, use different ones.
The squeeze technique means that your partner tries gripping penis before ejaculation with pressing with her thumb on the frenulum. At the same time, she presses on the opposite side of the penis with her forefinger, and with her other fingers curled round the shaft without any movements.
This technique can stop premature ejaculation.
Step 1. Using stop-start technique let your partner masturbate your penis with a dry hand. When you start loosing control she should stop and squeeze your penis.
Step 2. It is similar to the previous one but with a lubricant.
Step 3. You lie on your back with your partner on top. Neither of you should move. Before ejaculation you should let her know and she quickly rises off and grips your penis.
Step 4. Now your partner moves slowly and gently and also rises off and squeezes your penis before your ejaculation.
Step 5. Now use other sex positions. But it is too difficult not to lose control. Don’t worry and try again. Concentrate only on yourself. Your partner will understand if you bring her to orgasm orally or with hands.
