All a kind of operations on a prosthetic repair of penis are reduced to strengthening of penis erection due to partial replacement of cavernous bodies (on which high-grade functioning quality penis erection depends) resilient by prostheses. Prostheses of penis are two basic types: semihard and inflatable. The semihard prosthesis represents double garrot which was dressed on a flexible metal basis.
